ppbContract Type: /b Long season / Permanent contract /p pbStart Date: /b As soon as possible /p pbRequired Experience: /b Minimum 2/3 years in a similar supervisory role within luxury hospitality, with verifiable references. /p pbBenefits: /b Corporate welfare program /p h3Mission /h3 ul liSupport the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance throughout all guest rooms and public areas. /li liSupervise and motivate the Housekeeping team, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service in line with Airelles standards. /li liContribute to creating an immaculate, elegant, and welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. /li liEnsure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. /li liActively contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering a flawless housekeeping experience. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist the Housekeeping Manager in the daily management and coordination of the Housekeeping department. /li liSupervise Room Attendants, House Porters, Laundry, and Public Area teams, ensuring productivity and service excellence. /li liConduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to ensure they meet luxury hospitality standards. /li liMonitor room readiness and collaborate closely with Front Office to optimize room availability and guest arrivals. /li liSupport the recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of Housekeeping team members. /li liEnsure appropriate stock levels of linen, amenities,



cleaning supplies, and guest products, reporting any replenishment needs. /li liHandle guest requests and resolve housekeeping‑related concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly. /li liPromote compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures. /li liAssist in preparing departmental schedules, reports, inventories, and operational documentation. /li liFoster effective communication and collaboration with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. /li /ul h3About Airelles /h3 pJoining Airelles means entering a world of exception.
