In this role, you will be able to contribute to the definition of company objectives, as well as leading the product development processes, making sure to respect the necessary quality standards and pre-decided timelines. You will be able to exploit your electronics hardware expertise, collaborating cross-functionally to make sure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance and reliability. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou will take on a leading position, defining the Gantt project and being responsible for the project’s execution, deliverables and timelines. /li liYou will be in charge of collecting project briefs, whilst also supervising task assignment within the team. /li liMoreover, you will also be responsible for Planning and Purchasing related activities for the project development process. /li liYou will generate reports and follow-ups,



as well as delivering feedback to the teams and/or the manager, as needed. /li liIn your responsibilities, you will also be supporting on the development of innovative products’ components and technical solutions. /li liThanks to your expertise, you will be able to anticipate potential blockers in the project development, making adjustments and/or recommendations to solve any issues. /li liMoreover, you will also support in ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications. /li /ul h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor and/or Master’s degree in Electronics and / or Mechanical Engineering. /li liA minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within the Automotive, Motorsports and/or Sporting Goods industries, with a strong focus on electronics components development. /li liIn-depth knowledge of the Product Development process and strong problem-solving abilities. /li liPrevious working experience of Gantt Project Software and / or MS Project. /li liBasic knowledge of Embedded C Firmware and process monitoring. /li liBasic knowledge of hardware PCB components, as well as of CE / FCC certification requirements for BLE and Wi-fi modules. /li liAbility to develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving market’s needs. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills, particularly at cross-functional level. /li liFluency in English – Please note that Alpinestars is a fully English speaking environment. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 pCompensation Package – From €40,000 (Depending on experience) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
