This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Dealer Development teams to ensure the successful implementation of commercial strategies and business priorities. /p pThis position plays a critical role in translating EMEA sales strategy into execution, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered effectively and generate measurable business results. /p pThe ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with commercial acumen, enabling them to manage complex cross-functional initiatives while delivering measurable business outcomes. This individual will create visibility into program performance, drive accountability across stakeholders, and help accelerate execution of key sales objectives. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead planning, execution, and governance of strategic sales programs across EMEA. /li liManage multiple concurrent initiatives supporting retail sales growth, dealer performance, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
/li liEstablish project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics for all assigned programs. /li liMonitor program performance and drive corrective actions to ensure objectives are achieved. /li /ul ul liPartner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align priorities and execution plans. /li liFacilitate cross-functional meetings and executive reviews to ensure transparency and accountability. /li liCoordinate launch readiness activities for new products, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives. /li /ul ul liTrack key sales metrics, program KPIs, and business outcomes. /li liDevelop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting materials. /li liAnalyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership. /li liSupport sales forecasting and business planning activities. /li /ul ul liCoordinate programs designed to improve dealer performance, customer engagement, and retail execution. /li liSupport implementation of dealer incentive programs, retail campaigns, training initiatives, and operational improvements. /li liGather feedback from field teams and dealer partners to continuously improve program effectiveness. /li /ul ul liDrive adoption of new sales processes, tools, and systems. /li liDevelop communication and change management plans to support successful implementation. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and improve organizational effectiveness. /li liPromote best-practice sharing across regional sales teams.
/li /ul ul liPrepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and program updates. /li liCommunicate project progress, risks, mitigation plans, and resource requirements. /li liSupport annual strategic planning and budgeting processes. /li /ul h3Education Specifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field required. /li liMBA preferred. /li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul li5-8+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, commercial strategy, or related business functions. /li liExperience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization. /li liExperience supporting field sales organizations, dealer networks, or channel sales environments preferred. /li liExperience within automotive, powersports, consumer products, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus. /li liStrong program and project management skills. /li liExcellent organizational and execution capabilities. /li liAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong financial and business acumen. /li liExceptional communication and presentation skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM platforms. /li liAbility to influence stakeholders without direct authority. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. /li /ul pWe offer an inclusive compensation package for all salaried employees including, but not limited to, annual bonus programs, employee discounts on motorcycles and related products, general merchandise, and more.
