ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs Production Manager at Huntsman’s Cavazzona site, you lead the Systems and Parts Production teams to secure safe, high‑quality PU production aligned with site strategy. You optimize processes, collaborate with RD, Quality, and Maintenance, and drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement. You translate safety standards into daily practice while guiding investment projects and production optimizations. This role combines hands‑on leadership with cross‑functional influence to shape site performance and customer value. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliEnsure compliance with EHS standards and regulations with a strong emphasis on personal and process safety /liliPlan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities in line with production plans and new product introductions /liliMonitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, reaction times) to guarantee consistent product quality /liliCollaborate with RD, Quality, and Maintenance to optimize formulations and production cycles /liliImplement and monitor production KPIs (OEE, waste, energy consumption)



/liliSupport investment projects and technological improvements in production /liliManage inventories of raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished goods with Logistics and Supply Chain /liliWork with Site Manager on site strategy and priorities /liliLead and motivate production operators and technicians, fostering safety and continuous improvement /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliGraduated in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with at least 10 years of experience in the chemical sector (PU preferred) /liliStrong knowledge of industrial chemical processes and production organization /liliSolid understanding of EHS standards, procedures and regulations in the chemical industry /liliExperience with Bill of Materials, KPIs, and reporting /liliItalian fluency and English fluency are required /liliProven experience in team management and cross‑functional networking /liliResults‑and data‑driven mindset with understanding of KPIs and manufacturing operations /liliFocus on efficiency, performance, continuous improvement, and strong problem‑solving under pressure /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
