Zenith Global performs all roles and activities connected with a securitisation transaction, from the incorporation of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and their administrative, accounting and corporate management, to cash and payment services, as well as Master Servicing, Back-up Servicing, credit portfolio management, regulatory activities and structuring services. /ppZenith Global puts people at the centre, championing continuous development, diversity, inclusion and gender equality—core values of its corporate culture. /ppThe Structuring Transaction Management Department plays a key role within Zenith Global, managing and coordinating securitization transactions from receipt of the mandate through to the issuance of the transaction’s securities. In order to further strengthen the team, we are looking for a bTransaction Manager /b who, within the Transaction Management Office,



will focus primarily on the following activities: /ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ullisupporting the execution process for new securitization transactions, including information gathering and coordination with the departments involved; /liliacting as front office contact for any issues arising before completion; /lililiaising with external counterparties and managing the execution of preparatory activities for the transaction; /lilimonitoring the review of contracts by external lawyers and the internal legal department; /lilicoordinating the contract signing process; /liliacting as the main internal and external point of reference for all technical issues that may arise before contract signing and, where necessary, during the life of the transaction, carrying out client management activities; /lilicoordinating any post-closing contractual amendments and unwinding transactions; /liliparticipating in any audit activities. /li /ulh3Who we are looking for: /h3ulliWe would like to meet candidates who hold a degree or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance or a related field; /lilisolid professional experience in Financial Services and/or in the securitisation sector will be considered a significant advantage, preferably in Project Manager or Client Service Manager/Relationship Manager roles; /liliexcellent written and spoken English; /liligood knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li /ulh3The ideal candidate will also demonstrate: /h3ulliproactivity and dynamism; /liliautonomy; /lilia strong team-working attitude; /lilia strong sense of responsibility; /liliexcellent interpersonal skills. /li /ulh3What we offer: /h3ullia professional experience in a dynamic, young and fast-growing environment; /lilithe opportunity to learn and consolidate specific technical skills; /lilithe opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders at both national and international level. /lilithe opportunity to grow within a solid, fast-growing organisation with an international outlook. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
