We're a fast-growing Milan-based startup, and the GTM engine we're building now is what will let us scale across markets. /p h3The role /h3 pYou'll own the systems behind our go-to-market motion: the automations, data, and tooling that let our sales spend their time selling instead of manually stitching tools together. You'll work hand in hand with our Sales Team Leaders and Head of Marketing. /p h3What you will work on /h3 ulliDesign and maintain workflows across our GTM stack (Clay, Attio, Enginy, Aircall) /liliAutomate lead routing and assignment based on priority criteria /liliBuild and maintain enriched prospect lists at scale /liliDevelop scoring models to qualify leads against our ICP /li /ul p- Data CRM hygiene /p ulliKeep Attio data clean and reliable (deduplication, validation) /liliDocument and maintain an up-to-date CRM structure /li /ul p- Reporting analytics /p ulliBuild self-service dashboards for BDRs and AEs on funnel and performance /liliTest new tools, sequences, and channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
/liliExplore AI use cases across the GTM process /lili2-3 years of experience in GTM ops, RevOps, or a technical/automation-heavy role /liliHands-on with automation and CRM tools (Clay, Attio, Zapier, Make, or similar) /liliComfortable with data: enrichment, scoring models, dashboards /liliCurious about AI and eager to apply it to sales processes /liliProactive and detail-oriented, comfortable working cross-functionally with sales /liliFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ulliSalary: the base annual salary (RAL) ranges from €35K to €45K /liliStock Options: you'll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package so that if TextYess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards.
