In the second half of 2023, Elettronica GF became part of bFAE Technology S.p.A. – Agevolazioni Corporation /b. /p pWithin this dynamic and continuously evolving environment, and due to the expansion of our workforce, we are looking for an bAdmin Specialist /b. /p pThe successful candidate will join the bAdministration and Finance Department /b and will be responsible for both administrative and accounting activities, as well as supporting the company’s controlling and reporting functions. /p h3The role involves: /h3 ul liManagement of general accounting, including Italian and international customers and suppliers. /li liRecording and verification of accounting entries. /li liPosting and checking of Italian and foreign invoices. /li liManagement of accounting reconciliations. /li liSupport in the preparation of monthly and annual closing processes.



/li liPreparation of financial reports and variance analysis. /li liCost monitoring and support for management control activities. /li liCollaboration in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reporting. /li liSupport in administrative activities and management of company documentation. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liHigh school diploma in Accounting and/or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles. /liliSolid knowledge of general accounting and administrative compliance. /li liExperience in controlling and management control activities. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. /li liAccuracy, organizational autonomy, and analytical skills. /li /ul pPreferred requirements: /p ul liKnowledge and use of SAP ERP system. /li liExperience in structured corporate environments. /li liKnowledge of the English language. /li /ul pThis job advertisement is addressed to both genders, pursuant to Laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, pursuant to Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
