ppAs an FCC Officer for the Italian branch of a European CIB bank, you will implement and oversee a robust compliance program focused on AML/CTF, sanctions, and anti-bribery controls. You will work with local and HQ teams, applying a risk-based approach to ensure regulatory and internal rule adherence. The role involves advising on FCC risks, reviewing policies, and driving training and governance across the organization. You will report to the local Chief Compliance Officer and help shape regulatory reporting and product reviews. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a fast-paced banking environment. /pulliIdentify applicable regulatory and Group requirements and assess impact on processes /liliAdvise business functions on FCC risks,
