ph3Job Description /h3pDXC Technology is looking for a Expert Business Analyst to join the Custom Application Offering. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTake end-to-end ownership of business analysis activities for Public Sector clients, from requirements definition to validation of implemented solutions /liliLead client interviews to identify business issues and propose solutions /liliLead the documentation and design of processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments /liliGuide and support junior/mid team members on analysis and requirements-gathering activities /liliContribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals /liliGuide team members in producing functional requirements for software development /liliIdentify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company's clients /liliAct as direct interface with internal stakeholders and clients for requirements gathering, solution validation and monitoring of alignment with business needs /liliEffectively manage client's expectations /liliContribute to the definition and optimization of processes and procedures within the business analysis function /liliContribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional skills /li /ulh3We Require /h3ulliDegree in a technical or business discipline /liliProven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the Public Sector field /liliAdvanced expertise in business process analysis, functional requirements definition and business solution design /liliAbility to guide and mentor team members /liliStrong problem-solving skills /liliProactive, data-driven approach /liliExcellent communication skills,
