Interroll is recognized as a technology leader, with our solutions used by world-class brands such as Amazon, Coca-Cola, DHL, Siemens, and many more.We are currently looking for Field Service Technicians based in Italy to support the installation, commissioning, and servicing of our intralogistics systems.

This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who enjoy working directly with customers and equipment, and who are comfortable traveling to project sites.The focus is on supporting customers in Italy, especially with regard to services (e.G.Maintenance and repairs) as well as new installations.

In addition, the area of responsibility will include working in the local Customer Helpdesk (phone support for customers) and taking on on-call duties.





Interface and cooperation with the Sales and Service Team in Italy as well as close collaboration with the central service team from Germany.Main tasks & key responsibilitiesTechnical support of customers on their intralogistics systems such as conveyor belts, sorting systems, pallets and conveyor systems on site at our customers in Italy and throughout Europe. xlwpduy Installation, commissioning, operator training as well as maintenance and repair of plants and systems on site in Italy and other EMEA countries and remotelyCollaboration within the Customer Helpdesk function as well as on-call duty (depending on local requirements)Coordination and guidance of external companies (local service partners and providers), with potential further development to supervisor of larger installationsKey internal and external interfacesHead of Field Service Operations EMEATeamlead Field Service EngineersField Service Back OfficeField Service TechniciansSales and Service Team in Italy (main contact: Service Manager)Background:Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or an equivalent qualificationProfessional experience in the field of field service assembly/service is an advantagePlease note that fluent English is mandatory for this role.
