pIn this role, you install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Cytiva equipment at customer sites to ensure reliable operation. You will represent the company, plan service activities, manage stock and work orders, and contribute to revenue initiatives through service contracts. The role sits within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team in Italy, with a focus on regions including Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, and Tuscany. You help advance life-saving therapies by delivering hands-on support and solutions that turn technical challenges into tangible patient impact. /pullifully remote in Italy /lilibonus / incentive pay (12%)
