/ppThe ideal candidate has a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field, and a solid foundation in SQL databases, Python, and ETL processes. /ppWe’re seeking someone eager to grow their expertise in data systems, with strong analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset to deliver data-driven solutions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute to the development, maintenance, and optimisation of the company’s data warehouse and automated data management systems. /liliPerform SQL-based data analysis and design data marts and ETL processes, ensuring quality, performance, and security. /liliCollaborate closely with BI specialists and Data Scientists to deliver accurate, high-quality data. /liliSupport the generation of insights and recommendations from data to inform business decisions. /liliConduct thorough testing of developed components before release. /li /ulh3We're looking for someone who must have /h3pThe ideal candidate will bring most of the following skills and abilities: /pulliDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /liliStrong problem-solving and process improvement mindset. /liliAbility to design and execute test cases for software and data analysis. /liliGood knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and database querying. /liliSome experience with Python (or other data analysis languages). /liliUnderstanding of ETL architectures and relational databases. /liliExcellent teamwork and communication skills, with curiosity and a proactive attitude. /liliFoundational knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, and data lifecycle management. /liliBasic familiarity with Unix shell scripting. /liliGood proficiency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExposure to cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS S3). /liliFamiliarity with streaming data ingestion (e.g., Kafka). /liliInterest in machine learning or AI models and algorithms. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
