I candidati devono essere legalmente autorizzati a lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura.About the roleFour Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to join the Team.TheShift Engineer diagnoses and provides service and repairs to hotel equipment and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons' policies. /p pWhat you will do /p ul liImplement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and updateappropriate logs. /li liDiagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers,chillersand associated equipment throughout the entire building.

The position is at the C2 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract's minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience /li /ul h3POSITION SUMMARY /h3 pWe are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team, which currently consists of five members. Together with colleagues, the candidate will be responsible for the proper routine and special maintenance of the facility, ensuring the efficient operation of systems, equipment, and common areas, and contributing to a positive guest experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems.



/li liHandle quick repairs for breakdowns or malfunctions reported by guests or staff. /li liConduct periodic inspections of boilers, HVAC systems, lighting, elevators, and other technical and electrical infrastructure. /li liAssist with setup tasks and minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work. /li liMonitor and maintain order in technical areas, the tool storage room, and material stock. /li liCollaborate with suppliers and external contractors during specialized work. /li liCompile maintenance reports and report the need for replacements or investments. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, fire prevention, and hygiene regulations. /li liRespond promptly in the event of technical emergencies. /li liVerify and maintain compliance with CEI regulations and safety standards. /li liKeep the maintenance log up to date and report the need for replacements or technological upgrades. /li liCollaborate with external companies during testing, certification, and specialized maintenance. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 h3Education and Technical Skills /h3 ul liTechnical diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent. /li liSkills in residential and industrial electrical systems, reading electrical schematics, and diagnostic software. /li liAt least intermediate proficiency in English. /li liPossession of PES/PAV/PEI (CEI 11-27) certification is a highly preferred qualification. /li liPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liPrecision and attention to safety. /li liGood interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other hotel departments. /li liWillingness to work shifts and cover weekends. /li /ul pSupervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. /p pAt Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
