Move with us for a better world! /ph3Your Role /h3pWe are looking for astrong Finance Data Platform Specialist /strong with strong experience in strongFinance and Controlling processes /strong to join our strongData Platform Management Reporting team /strong. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for strongdesigning, managing, and evolving corporate planning and performance management solutions /strong, working across strongEPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms and modern data technologies /strong. You will collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and business-aligned processes, supporting strongplanning, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting /strong. /ppYou will also contribute to the strongintegration of EPM systems within a modern Data Platform /strong,



enabling end-to-end data consistency and advanced financial analytics. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliCollect and analyze business requirements from strongFinance and Controlling teams /strong /liliDesign, implement and maintain strongEPM/CPM solutions /strong (with Hyperion suite as a key platform) /liliSupport and continuously improve strongplanning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation processes /strong /liliEnsure strongdata consistency, governance and integration /strong between EPM systems and enterprise data platform /liliActively contribute within the Data Platform team to ensure strongalignment between EPM data models and the overall corporate data architecture /strong /liliManage strongUAT phases /strong, support key users, and deliver user training /liliMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize calculation logic and data structures /liliContribute to the evolution of strongFinance systems within a modern data ecosystem /strong /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in strongEngineering, Computer Science, Finance or related field /strong /lilistrongAt least 5 years of experience /strongin strongFinance / Controlling processes /strong (FPA, budgeting, reporting) /liliProven experience in strongEPM/CPM projects or roles /strong (consulting or in-house)



/liliStrong experience with strongEPM platforms /strong (Hyperion Essbase as a key or preferred technology) /liliSolid understanding of planning budgeting processes, financial reporting and performance management, cost controlling and variance analysis /liliExperience in working with strongcross-functional stakeholders (Finance + IT) /strong /liliStrong stronganalytical and problem-solving skills /strong /liliAbility to strongtranslate business needs into technical solutions /strong /li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
