ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bResponsabile Qualità Senior Infrastrutture Civili /b to join its office in bRome or Naples /bwithin the bCivil Engineering /b Division.br/ /ph3Mission /h3 The role focuses on managing construction activities to ensure they comply with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements, and that they are completed on time and within budget, coordinating the work of construction teams and subcontractors.br/ The role focuses on managing construction activities to ensure they comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, and that they are completed on time and within budget, coordinating the work of construction teams and subcontractors.br/ h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liQuality Planning: Define and implement the Site Quality Plan in accordance with corporate standards and client requirements. /li liInspection Testing: Coordinate inspection and testing activities to verify that construction work complies with approved drawings and specifications. /li liNon-Conformities Management: Identify, report, and manage non-conformities. Propose corrective and preventive actions and ensure follow-up. /li liDocument Control (QA/QC): Maintain QA/QC documentation, including ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), checklists, and test reports. /li liInternal Audits:: Conduct regular internal audits to verify the implementation of quality procedures and identify areas for improvement. /li liSubcontractor Oversight: Monitor subcontractor activities for compliance with quality standards and project specifications. /li liClient Interface: Liaise with the client’s quality representative to align on procedures, inspections, and acceptance criteria. /li liQuality Reporting: Prepare periodic quality reports summarizing inspection results, audit outcomes, and quality KPIs. /li liMaterial Compliance: Ensure that all materials used on site comply with project requirements and are accompanied by relevant certifications. /li liTraining Awarenes: Promote quality awareness among site personnel and deliver briefings on QA/QC topics when necessary. /li /ul h3Principali Attività /h3 ul liPianificazione della Qualità /li liDefinire e implementare il Piano Qualità di Cantiere in conformità con gli standard aziendali e i requisiti del cliente. /li liIspezioni e Collaudi /li liCoordinare le attività di ispezione e collaudo per verificare che i lavori di costruzione siano conformi ai disegni approvati e alle specifiche tecniche. /li liGestione delle Non Conformità /li liIndividuare, segnalare e gestire le non conformità.



Proporre azioni correttive e preventive e assicurarne il follow-up. /li liGestione Documentale (QA/QC) /li liGestire la documentazione QA/QC, inclusi i Piani di Ispezione e Collaudo (ITP), le checklist e i rapporti di prova. /li liAudit Interni /li liEseguire audit interni periodici per verificare l’effettiva applicazione delle procedure qualità e individuare aree di miglioramento. /li liSupervisione dei Subappaltatori /li liMonitorare le attività dei subappaltatori per verificarne la conformità agli standard di qualità e alle specifiche di progetto. /li liInterfaccia con il Cliente /li liInteragire con il rappresentante qualità del cliente per allinearsi su procedure, ispezioni e criteri di accettazione. /li liReporting QualitàPreparare report qualità periodici, riassumendo i risultati delle ispezioni, gli esiti degli audit e gli indicatori chiave di performance (KPI).Conformità dei MaterialiAssicurare che tutti i materiali utilizzati in cantiere siano conformi ai requisiti di progetto e accompagnati dalle certificazioni richieste.Formazione e Sensibilizzazione /li liPromuovere la cultura della qualità tra il personale di cantiere ed effettuare briefing su tematiche QA/QC quando necessario. /li /ul h3Education /h3 Master’s Degree in Civil Engineeringbr/ h3Other /h3 h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in site QA/QC activities on construction projects. /li liKnowledge of ISO 9001 and construction quality standards. /li liCertification as Quality Engineer or Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a strong plus. /li liFluent in English Italian /li liStrong documentation and reporting skills. /li liLaurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Civile o disciplina affine. /li liEsperienza di almeno 5 anni in attività QA/QC in ambito cantieristico. /li liConoscenza della norma ISO 9001 e degli standard di qualità applicabili alle costruzioni. /li liCertificazione come Quality Engineer o Auditor (es. Lead Auditor ISO 9001) costituisce un robusto vantaggio. /li liOttima conoscenza dell’inglese;. /li liOttime capacità di gestione documentale e reporting.



/li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance withb CCNL RINA /b (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€45000 and €55000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
