ph3The Company /h3 pHP Composites S.p.A. is an established Italian industrial company, part of the French Group Everspeed Composites. /p pIt specialises in the automotive and motorsport sectors and produces high-performance carbon fibre components using manual manufacturing processes, where careful cost monitoring and strict financial control are essential to maintaining competitiveness and profitability. /p pThe company serves international clients and is recognized for its high-quality standards, strong industrial know-how and ability to operate in demanding and competitive environments. /p pThe production model is industrial and labour-intensive, with a significant impact of workforce efficiency and cost control on overall business performance. /p pWithin a context of organizational evolution and growth, the company is now looking for the /p pbIndustrial Controller /b /p h3The Position /h3 pThe Industrial Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate control of production costs and inventory, with a strong focus on margin analysis, cost variances and operational efficiency. /p pReporting to the CFO, s/he will play a key role in driving business performance by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor production costs and calculate product margins /li liAnalyze cost variances (materials, labor, overhead) and investigate deviations /li liMonitor and control inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)



/li liSupport monthly closing activities with production and inventory data /li liDevelop and maintain standard costing and accounting /li liCollaborate closely with production and supply chain teams /li liSupport budgeting and forecasting processes related to production and inventory /li liWork on the project's income statement /li liMonthly marginality analysis; deviations with budget /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pThe ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar /p ul liSignificant experience of industrial/plant controlling in manufacturing environment /li liSolid skills in Excel /li liSolid skills in ERP/MRP system /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liGood professional knowledge of English /li liGood use of Alyante (Gamma Enterprise) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) would be preferred /li /ul h3Personal Qualities /h3 ul liAnalytical and operational mindset /li liAbility to translate data into actionable insights /li liHands-on and pragmatic approach /li liBusiness acumen /li liReliability and confidentiality /li /ul h3Success Criteria /h3 ul liImproved visibility and control of business performance /li liOptimization of cost structure, particularly labour costs /li /ul h3Challenges /h3 ul liManaging cost control and productivity in a labour-intensive environment /li liEnsuring accurate and timely performance visibility /li liSupporting business growth while maintaining financial discipline /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pProfessional proficiency in English is required.
