ppCEME Group is an international industrial group, a leader in the design and production of solutions and systems for fluid management. /ppWe are looking for an HR Manager of the Precision Fluid Technologies Business Unit, based in Colico (CO) who will act as a key point of reference also for our sites across Europe, North America and Mexico. /ppThe HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and will report hierarchically to the BU CEO. /ppThe role aims to support organizational growth and performance by aligning HR strategies with strategy. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related matters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and engaging work environment while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies in our Worldwide offices located in Europe, North America, Mexico and Asia. /ph3Strategic Partnership Advisory /h3ulliPartner with the BU leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with business goals. /liliProvide expert HR guidance to managers on organizational design, performance management, leadership development, change initiative, change leadership and decision making. /liliAnalyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, workforce composition, competencies) to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making. /li /ulh3Talent Management Development /h3ulliCooperate with the headquarter in supporting HR process such as performance management, talent review, training review, training and development needs and succession planning within the Business Unit /liliPromote employee engagement, organizational culture, and well-being initiatives. /li /ulh3Employee Relations Industrial Relations /h3ulliAct as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and constructive work environment. /liliManage employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.



/liliHandle relationships and negotiations with trade unions and works councils, as well as with local employer associations. /liliOversee labor disputes and ensure appropriate resolution processes. /li /ulh3HR Operations Governance /h3ulliEnsure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and procedures. /liliGuarantee compliance with labor regulations and company standards across the Business Unit. /li /ulh3Projects Change Management /h3ulliParticipate in and lead cross-functional projects related to organizational transformation and change management. /liliSupport HR digitalization initiatives and process optimization. /liliContribute to internal communication and employer branding activities. /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliDegree in Psychology, Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field. /liliA Master’s degree or specialization in Human Resources Management is a plus. /li /ulh3Professional Experience /h3ulliMinimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as HR Business Partner or HR Manager. /liliPrevious experience in industrial and/or multinational environments is highly desirable. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliSolid knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and industrial relations. /lilibPrevious experience in plants located in USA /b. /liliProven experience in key HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and compensation review cycles. /liliFluent knowledge of English. /liliProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong business acumen and problem-solving mindset. /liliAbility to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. /liliExcellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills. /liliProactive, results-oriented, and team-focused approach. /liliHigh level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. /lilibWillingness to travel nationally and internationally, across multiple location in the BU. /b /li /ulpHiring level: A1 /ppSalary range: € 75.000 / 85.000 gross per year /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
