Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial operations, supporting business performance, and maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport the Assistant Finance Director in the day-to-day management of financial and accounting operations. /li liOversee General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. /li liEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. /li liEnsure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards (USALI). /li liMonitor and analyse key financial KPIs, including RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA, and cost control indicators. /li liSupport the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. /li liAnalyse variances between budgeted and actual results and propose corrective actions. /li liCollaborate with Department Heads to monitor and control operating costs.



/li liSupervise the financial aspects of contracts and coordinate with the Legal Department on contractual matters, compliance, and risk assessment. /li liManage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations. /li liOversee cash management and treasury cash flows. /li liEnsure the implementation of internal control procedures and fraud prevention measures. /li liTrain, coordinate, and support members of the Finance team. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. /li li3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance leadership role, ideally within hospitality.
