Our Client is an international general contractor specialized in consultancy, design, audit, construction, and commissioning in Data Center, Logistic and Industrial sector.Scorra la pagina per visualizzare tutti i requisiti del lavoro e le responsabilità che i candidati selezionati dovranno assumersi.To support the Italian team growth in the Data Center Sector, we are now looking for a Senior Project Manager.You will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects, partnering closely with the team to ensure a seamless flow from the Planning phase through to Commissioning.The role combines:Technical expertise (HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, security, BMS, commissioning)Project management (coordination, scheduling, costs, quality).
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering data center project in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory and planning controls.
- Keep full and proper records of all meetings and negotiations attended or conducted.
- Prepare and maintain a Project Execution Plan for the project, identifying the roles and responsibilities of client Infrastructure team, the consultant team, the contractor and any / all specialist sub-contractors and suppliers
- Establish the procedure & process for communication between all the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying the decisions to be taken and the information required for the relevant documents to be prepared.




- Support the Change Management Process for the project/programmeof projects by liaising with Client and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and reporting to the Client, at intervals to suit the progress ofthe works: actual progress vs planned.
Proposing and discussing withclient any remedial actions required for the recovery of any delayQualifications and experience:
- A Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building Engineering, Architecture or a related field;
- At least 10 years of construction management experience;
- An excellent level of English (B2 / C1) and a Good level of Italian (B2);
- Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plus;
- Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus;
- Professional accreditations (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent) will be considered a plus.
- Frequent site presence will be required.
Projects are based in Milan hinterland, mainly east and south of MilanLocation – Milano e HybridSalary pacakge - ******€ - ******€ + MBO - Based on experience.
