pIn this role you will help translate Sales Marketing needs into data-driven solutions and measurable insights. You will support the delivery of data products, reporting, and data integrations within Campari Group's Data Analytics team. You will collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to ensure data quality, governance, and adoption of analytics solutions. This position sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy, enabling informed decisions across a global market. coordinating with technical teams as needed /liliBacklog and delivery support for Sales Marketing data products; translate needs into requirements and acceptance criteria /liliAssist onboarding of new data sources and document data flows, ingestion needs and processing logic /liliSupport reuse of semantic models and curated datasets for advanced analytics and AI-enabled use cases /liliCoordinate sessions, documentation, action logs and follow-ups with IT, business teams and partners /lili3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI delivery, CRM analytics, commercial reporting or data product support /liliExperience with Sales Marketing, CRM, customer or commercial analytics use cases, preferably global /liliHands-on experience with requirements gathering, technical documentation drafting, testing, issue tracking and stakeholder coordination /liliGood understanding of Sales Marketing processes, CRM data, commercial KPIs and analytics-driven decisions /liliAbility to translate business needs into structured data, reporting and analytics requirements /liliStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and clear communication with business and technical stakeholders /liliWorking knowledge of BI and analytics tools, preferably Azure, Power BI and Databricks /liliUnderstanding of data pipelines, ingestion, data modelling and data quality controls /liliAbility to collaborate with data engineers, architects, BI developers and external delivery partners /li /ulIn this role you will help translate Sales Marketing needs into data-driven solutions and measurable insights.
