Our technology starts with you. /ppThe purpose of the job is to drive and support marketing and business development activities for Silicon Carbide MOSFET products to grow market share and revenue. /ppThe job holder will define the marketing strategy in agreement with the regional Teams and the divisional departments for the assigned responsibilities with the target to drive innovation and enable ST leadership. The candidate will manage relationship with decision makers in the field, with key customers by coordinating the technical support from business unit and ensure business fulfillment and create NBG (New Billing Generation). /ph3Main Objectives Tasks /h3ulliTo generate tactics, positioning and strategy for the new and focus technologies. /liliBusiness Development for Industrial with specific focus on High density power supplies. Datacenter Server AI is the fastest growing business that requires focus.
/liliSupport demand creation and increase design-ins and market share of assigned products at assigned customers. /liliCoordinate assigned products promotion /liliAnalyze customer applications and major system trends to identify new product needs generating new products proposal. /liliAlign new product proposals with product marketing /liliIdentify, manage and report system opportunities and project awards to management /liliAlign promotion with product marketing and system competence team /liliBenchmark ST products versus competitor products /liliForecasting on medium-long term basis is a must in order to help ST deliver capacity and tools at the right time to trigger time to market and to volume. /liliDaily relationship is to be kept with internal teams (RD, Application, Quality, Reliability and Program Management) /li /ulh3Profile Required Qualifications: (candidate's skills) /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field. /lili1-2+ years of experience in technical marketing, or business development, ideally within the Power semiconductor sector. /liliDesired Competencies are - Adapting to Leadership Styles, Adaptability, Flexibility, Creativity/Innovation, Initiative/Autonomy, /liliStrong ability to communicate commercially product concepts, selling points and product values to multiple audiences (engineering sourcing).
/liliSolid capability in creating and developing teamworking /liliHigh engagement and self-motivation /liliFluent English language /liliMobility for frequent business trips /liliKnowledge of industrial market and applications is a premium. /li /ulpThe expected salary range for this position is € 45.000 – €55.000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role. In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
