Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. /ph3About The Role /h3pReporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of Terrazza Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards,



operational excellence, and unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. /ppAs an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading, coaching, and motivating the restaurant team while overseeing service execution, guest satisfaction, and team performance. You will act as an ambassador of Four Seasons' culture of genuine heart, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality and personalized service. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliSupport the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of Terrazza Restaurant, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Four Seasons standards. /liliLead the restaurant team during service, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time support to ensure exceptional guest experiences. /liliMonitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, proactively resolving issues and responding to guest feedback. /liliBuild strong relationships with guests, recognizing preferences, anticipating needs, and creating memorable, personalized experiences. /liliCoordinate closely with the Culinary, Bar, and Host teams to ensure smooth communication and flawless service execution. /liliAssist with team scheduling, attendance monitoring, task delegation, and daily briefings. /liliSupport the onboarding, training, and development of restaurant employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. /liliMaintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant mise en place throughout all dining areas. /liliEnsure compliance with HACCP requirements, health and safety regulations,



and Four Seasons operating procedures. /liliAssist in monitoring inventory levels, managing operational supplies, and controlling costs in line with departmental objectives. /liliSupport the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial goals, maximizing revenue opportunities, and maintaining profitability targets. /liliAccurately handle guest checks, billing procedures, and POS operations while ensuring operational integrity and attention to detail. /liliAct as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager when required. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliPrevious management or supervisory experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality environments; international experience is an advantage. /liliFluency in English and Italian. /liliMust possess the legal right to work in Italy. /liliStrong knowledge of luxury food and beverage operations and service standards. /liliProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a diverse team. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service. /liliStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. /liliAbility to multitask effectively, remain composed under pressure, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. /liliCommercial awareness and understanding of restaurant financial performance metrics. /liliPassion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliAnnual Gross basic salary 36.000,00€ /liliExcellent Training and Development opportunities. /liliEmployee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide. /liliComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms. /liliComplimentary Employee Meals. /li /ulh3Schedule Location /h3ulliFull-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice. /liliFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. /liliYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
