/p pYou will be the technical reference of the organization: making strategic architectural decisions, leading by example in code quality, sustainably reducing technical debt, and driving team growth and the company's long-term technological capability.
/p h3What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
/h3 ul liDefine and evolve the platform's technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
/li liLead and mentor a team of 6-10 engineers distributed across multiple development squads.
/li liEstablish and uphold code quality standards, review processes, and engineering best practices.
/li liPrioritize and manage technical debt strategically, driving refactoring initiatives with measurable impact.
/li liCollaborate closely with Product Managers to assess technical feasibility and plan the implementation of new features.
/li liCoordinate with the DevOps team on infrastructure strategies, deployment pipelines, and cloud architecture.
/li liWork with QA to define technical testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
/li liEvaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies that bring value to the team and product.
/li liRepresent the company in the technical community: conferences, meetups, and open source contributions.
/li liDefine professional development plans for engineers and actively participate in technical talent assessment.
/li /ul h3What Are We Looking For?
/h3 h3Must-Have /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
/li li7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
/li liAdvanced proficiency in SOLID principles, design patterns, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and CQRS.
/li liBackground in event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems at scale.
/li liProven track record in engineering team mentoring, code review leadership, and technical standard definition.
/li liExperience with infrastructure and scalability tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch.
/li liProfessional level of English (C1).
/li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liAdvanced certifications in solutions architecture (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architecture).
/li liExperience in high-growth environments and technology scaling challenges.
/li liKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies applied to technical teams.
/li liExperience in database design, optimization, and distributed systems.
/li liActive participation in the technical community (conferences, open source, publications).
/li liExperience collaborating with Data teams for technical integrations and analytics.
/li liAbility to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
/li liExperience defining career development plans and growth paths for engineers.
