ph3About this Position /h3pAdhesive Technologies Quality Italy, Casarile, Lombardy — Tempo pieno Regular /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliManage and support the daily activities of the Quality Assurance on site to achieve the quality improvement programs by taking part in the investigation of non-conformities and by researching the root causes; focus on the process by maintaining and improving the quality management system of the plant.
/liliSupport in internal non-conformities and customer complaint investigations, by collecting inputs from Production, Product Development and Quality Control and by agreeing, after a deep root cause analysis, on corrective action plan.
/liliLead Product and Quality Reviews.
/liliSupport process optimization, considering inputs deriving from risk assessment (PFMEA).
/liliManage and follow up Management of Change.
/liliProvide quality trainings to the site.
/li /ulh3Quality Systems Management /h3ulliSupport maintenance of IATF ***** certification in the plant.
/liliSupport in the review of customer quality agreements and customer questionnaires and in the issue of PPAP.




/liliSupport in organizing customer audits and organize and follow up on actions deriving from internal audits.
/liliSupport in monitoring and ensuring compliance of quality system based on internal and external standards.
/liliSupport in developing and implementing external certifications (where needed).
/li /ulh3What makes you a good fit /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
/liliMin.
of 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role (automotive sector experience preferred).
/liliGood knowledge of ISO ****:**** and IATF *****:****.
/liliKnowledge of automotive core tools such as FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC is considered a plus.
/liliFluency in English.
/liliExcellent interpersonal skills allowing easy interaction with interlocutors, teamwork and cross-departmental work.
