ph3About The Role /h3pAre you someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and making sure things run smoothly from order to delivery? /ppAs an After Sales Specialist, you play a key role in our Lifecycle Services team by supporting spare parts and equipment sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the process. You will work in an international environment with global customers, vendors, and logistics partners. /ppThis position can be based either in our Conegliano office in Italy or in our Turku office in Finland. This is a permanent position. You will be Reporting to the After Sales Manager in USA. We are ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. /ph3What You’ll Be Doing /h3pYou will act as a central point of contact for customers, vendors, and logistics partners, with responsibilities including: /pulliPreparing and following up on customer quotations /liliHandling customer purchase orders and order confirmations /liliManaging supplier purchase orders /liliCoordinating delivery schedules with vendors, logistics, and customers /liliSupporting invoicing and monitoring overdue receivables /liliResponding promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries /liliEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle /liliTaking overall responsibility for customer accounts and supporting a variety of related after‑sales and coordination tasks /li /ulh3What helps you succeed in this role /h3pYou don’t need to meet every requirement to apply - if this role sounds interesting, we encourage you to apply. /pulliBasic commercial understanding of B2B business /liliClear communication and strong cooperation skills /liliAbility to organize, prioritize,
