ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will lead the strategic and operational procurement function for Mandarin Oriental, Rome, aligning sourcing with the hotel's luxury standards. You will work across Restaurants, Bars Experience, Rooms, Engineering and Finance to enable cost-efficient sourcing and exceptional service. You will build strong supplier partnerships, negotiate favourable terms, and implement best-in-class purchasing systems and controls. You will drive cost savings, inventory optimization and sustainability in procurement, supporting the opening and ongoing operation of Rome's luxury destination. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliLead all purchasing operations ensuring compliance, efficiency and service quality /liliDevelop and implement procurement strategies to maximise value and cost effectiveness /liliBuild and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers; negotiate contracts and SLAs /liliEnsure competitive sourcing aligned with Mandarin Oriental quality standards /liliMonitor supplier performance, market conditions and trends for cost savings and improvement /liliOversee inventory and stock control to optimise levels and minimise waste /liliEnsure purchasing activities comply with policies, controls and audits /liliCollaborate with Restaurants, Bars Experience, Rooms Division, Engineering and Finance to support objectives /liliDrive implementation and enhancement of purchasing systems,
