ph3Job Description /h3pWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Operations Control Analyst to join our Service Business Management team. /ph3Job Description /h3pWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Operations Control Analyst to join our Service Business Management team. /ppIn this role, you will transform large-scale operational and financial data (revenue, costs, PL, SLAs, contract profitability) into clear, actionable insights through advanced dashboards and reporting. Your work will directly support margin analysis, contract evaluation, and strategic decision-making in our B2B printing services business. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Key Resposibilities: /h3ulliDesign and maintain high-impact dashboards (mainly Power BI) focused on PL, margin and service profitability. /liliExtract, transform and model data from ERP, databases and ITSM systems. /liliConduct margin, trend and root cause analysis to identify cost drivers and performance gaps. /liliEnsure data integrity and standardization of service and financial KPIs. /liliProvide insights for budgeting cycles and strategic service reviews.



/liliCollaborate with Service Delivery, Finance and Technical teams to improve reporting infrastructure and business performance. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development). /liliSolid knowledge of data warehouse modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas). /liliAdvanced DAX (and/or MDX) skills. /liliStrong SQL/data querying capabilities. /liliExperience with data analysis and data wrangling techniques. /liliAbility to communicate complex metrics clearly to different stakeholders. /liliGood English proficiency. /li /ulh3Nice To Have /h3ulliExperience with ERP/ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). /liliPython or R for data preparation/visualization. /liliExperience with BigQuery or Snowflake. /liliInterest in resource utilization modeling or operational analytics. /li /ululliApply high standards of accuracy /liliPlan organise effectively /liliCommunicate effectively /liliCreate insight /liliApply business acumen /liliRespond flexibly /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
