/p /lilipAssist in deal execution activities, including data room management, analysis of transaction documents, and coordination with advisors. /p /lilipMaintain MA documentation, models, and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes. /p /lilipDevelop and deliver analystical outputs to support decision-making, with strong attention to detail and data quality /p /li /ulh3What skills are we looking for? /h3ullip2–3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, MA advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar roles. /p /lilipPrevious experience in Big Four or advisory firms is preferred, but not mandatory. /p /lilipSolid financial analysis and modeling skills, with a strong understanding of valuation fundamentals. /p /lilipStrong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and structured problem‑solving approach. /p /lilipAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. /p /lilipStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. /p /lilipProactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn within a complex and evolving business context. /p /lilipPrevious experience in Venture Capital or exposure to VC‑backed environments is a plus /p /lilipHigh standards of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. /p /li /ulpSkills are important, but they are not enough.
