In this role you will develop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and process robustness. You will define machining strategies to boost productivity while reducing costs, and support the introduction of new products and technologies. You will analyze performance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain clear process documentation. The position sits within the Manufacturing Engineering function at a center of excellence that leverages advanced tooling and automation to push precision and efficiency. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components using advanced CAD/CAM software /liliCollaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and process robustness /liliDefine machining strategies and cutting tool selection to improve productivity and reduce costs /liliSupport the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing /liliAnalyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives /liliMaintain and update process documentation,
