To constantly be adaptable – our business is designed to adapt, answering not only today’s challenges, but also anticipating what’s coming next. /li /ul h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pYou will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring all accounting and tax operations relating to Data4's business in Italy (several entities). You will monitor financial flow in order to prepare reports (balance sheet, income statement, tax return, etc.). You will be responsible for auxiliary accounting (AR, AP) and maintaining the general ledger. You will supervise the accounting team. You are familiar with SOX requirements. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOversee and manage the accounting functions of multiple subsidiaries /li liPerform accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance (incl. AR billing and cash collection, AP and payment process, bank reconciliations, Fixed Assets book and depreciation,
Intercompany reconciliation) /li liManage GL accounting, execute and/or record transactions, including needed documentation /li liCoordinate and manage the month-end, quarterly and year-end processes /li liPrepare local documentation for quarterly consolidation package (IFRS) /li liEnsure compliance with SOX regulations and prepare adequate supporting documentation /li liManage accounting team /li liBe participant in digitalization process and implementation of tools and applications /li liResponsible for the preparation of the annual financial statements in relation with external auditors /li liKey contact for audit process and regulatory authorities /li liPrepare tax filings /li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS /h3 pRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of: /p ul liHS: Respect and enforce health and safety rules. /li liEnvironment: Respect and enforce environmental policies. /li liInformation security: Respect and enforce information security policies /li liEnergy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education and experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting or finance /li li5 to 7 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role /li liKnowledge of SOX rergulations and compliance /li liExperience in managing a team /li /ul h3Technical skills /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of accounting and tax procedures /li liGood knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP /li liGood knowledge of Italian Tax legislation /li liKnowledge of legal standards (labour law, tax law, company law) ; /li liProficiency in accounting software and MS Office sute /li liGood knowledge of Excel including dashboards and pivot tables /li liFluent in English and Italian /li /ul h3Soft skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication and managerial skills /li liSense of organization, ability to manage priorities and deadlines /li liProactive /li liLogic, analytical skills, enjoy solving complex problems /li liTeam spirit /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
