Giunti Psychometrics seeks a Test Item Developer based in Florence (hybrid possible) to join the Bulk Selections team.
You will develop ad-hoc aptitude/ability tests, build and manage item-banks, review tests from external stakeholders, and analyze results to support efficient assessments and a superior candidate experience.
The role requires deep knowledge in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and strong English writing, with fluency in Italian and English.
