Who Are We Looking For? If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply: * You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master's degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Business, or related fields, and are available to work full-time.
* You are fluent in English and Italian. * You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment. * You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience. * You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa). * You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment. * You see formal training as just the beginning and aim to make a difference in everything you do.
