p For our client, a shipping company, we are seeking an strong Assistant Technical Superintendent.
/strongp The successful candidate will join the Technical Department with the aim of developing professionally and progressively taking responsibility for the technical management of one or more vessels within the fleet.

/p pstrong Main responsibilities: /strong /pulli Monitoring the technical condition of the fleet; /lili Supporting the management of planned and corrective maintenance activities; /lili Analyzing and handling technical issues reported by vessels; /lili Liaising with Masters and Chief Engineers; /lili Participating in onboard visits, audits, and inspections; /lili Assisting in the planning and management of dry dock projects and shipyard repairs.
/li /ul pstrong Requirements: /strong /pulli Seagoing experience as a Second Engineer Officer or Third Engineer Officer, preferably on Oil Chemical Tankers.
xrdbqlu Applications from Chief Engineers will also be considered, provided they are aligned with the proposed career development path; /lili Good command of both English and Italian; /lili Willingness to relocate to Ravenna, Italy; /lili Availability to travel frequently, mainly within the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Northern Europe, and Baltic regions, for technical visits, inspections, maintenance activities, and dry dock projects.
