Assetara Limited is seeking a Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our Turin district operations remotely.
You will be the primary contact for clients within the Assetara workspace, delivering professional, concierge-level account support and guiding users through the platform.
In this broker-facing role (not a regulated advisor), you will manage client communications, maintain CRM notes, monitor SLA/compliance, escalate issues when needed, and ensure data privacy.
