/p h3Description /h3 pM-Cube is looking for a Technical Project Manager to be inserted in the Operations Delivery area and will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and executing audio/video projects to reach the business goals, being able to motivate the project team for the best quality result.
/p pShe/He will frequently interact with the target customers to better define, plan and deliver the project/s tasks taking care of internal and external reporting as well.
/p pShe/he will also help the organization to set up internal and external meetings like Project Update Meeting, Steering Committee and Project Review.
/p pWhile performing the above-mentioned activities the Project Manager will be expected to report all significant project information into the internal CRM and cloud computing software to guarantee the data accuracy for the whole organization which develop itself into an international environment.
/p h3Main Responsibilities and Goals /h3 ul liDefine and manage the project scope, objectives and schedule, ensuring timely and regular delivery of value in compliance with costs and quality constraints /li liSupport the design of audio and video solutions (HW, ledwall, amplifier, speakers, ...) /li liCoordinate and align the different departments and external partners/subcontractors on the following activities: /li liScheduling and procurement follow-up /li liPreparation, configuration and shipment of goods /li liInstallation of Digital Signage systems and proper handover to the maintenance team /li liOrganise and lead project status and working meetings with internal / external stakeholders /li liMonitor project deliverables and risks, managing non-compliances and escalating critical issues when needed /li liCollect business needs and translate them into internal requirements.
/li liAct as a facilitator between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.
/li liValidate tasks and sub-tasks completion, ensuring clear data alignment and proper documentation (equipment,
pictures, diagrams).
/li liEnsure customer satisfaction and maintain a customer-oriented approach throughout the project.
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liTechnical (IT, engineering, ...) diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline /li liTechnical knowledge of digital environment and of A/V equipment (like screens, players, ledwalls, audio/video products) /li liKnowledge in IT/networking fields /li liAudio systems design and setup /li liFluent in English and Italian (both oral and written); additional languages will be considered a plus.
/li liStrong and proven project management and organizational skills /li liExperience in the Digital Signage market, multimedia and omnichannel solutions (DXPOne, Scala, BrightSign, Magic Info).
