Working across Product Development, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will define how the product will be built in series, translating product designs into efficient, scalable, and repeatable manufacturing processes.
You will support the product lifecycle from early development through production ramp-up, driving production methods, capacity planning, line balancing, and manufacturing readiness.
/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliCollaborate with Product Development teams on assembly process design and industrialization from early development through production ramp-up.
/liliDefine assembly sequences, manufacturing routings, and production methods for manual, semi-automated and automated operations.
/liliDrive DFA activities to improve manufacturability, efficiency, and scalability.
/liliDevelop Standard Work, work instructions, and process documentation.
/liliPerform time and methods analysis, defining cycle times, takt times, and line balancing strategies.
/liliSupport capacity planning, resource allocation, and production line sizing.
/liliOptimize workflows, layouts, productivity, and process efficiency using Lean Manufacturing principles.
/liliSupport prototype, pre-series, validation, and Start of Production (SOP) activities, ensuring manufacturing readiness and process stability.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMaster's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
/lili3–5 years of experience in Methods Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar roles.




/liliExperience with New Product Introduction (NPI) programs in automotive, e-mobility, robotics, aerospace, or other high-tech manufacturing environments.
/liliExperience designing and industrializing assembly and manufacturing processes for new products.
/liliKnowledge of MBOM, production routings, assembly processes, Standard Work, and process validation.
/liliExperience with time and methods analysis, line balancing, capacity planning, takt time calculation, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
/liliFamiliarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, and Value Stream Mapping.
/liliExperience with ERP, PLM, CAD, and advanced Excel tools.
/liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
/liliExcellent communication skills with engineering and production teams.
/liliAvailability to travel nationally and internationally is expected.
