GV?Milan HQ Country: Italy City: Milan, Piazza Einaudi, 4 Contract Type: Regular Department: Store Design Experience required: 10+ years Mode: Hybrid As a Senior Manager Store Design, you will lead the end-to-end design of global stores, pop?ups, showrooms, hotels, and luxury apartments, overseeing all phases from preliminary concepts to final execution in line with brand vision, budget, and timing. Design Responsibilities * Preliminary Design production (2D and 3D) according to commercial, budget and timing constraints and briefs * Design presentation to prepare submissions to CEO and Creative Director * Final design production (2D and 3D) following CEO/Creative Director guidance, feasibility checks and budget constraints * Construction Design drawings check and follow?up, quality check leadership, including virtual walkthroughs and site visits * Value engineering design solutions in case of extra?budget * Lighting design and architectural concept ideas,



global check and coordination * Feedback after store opening with various stakeholders * Store concept evolution and production of new moods and aesthetics * Materials research * Luxury field & stores competitor research and benchmarking * Prototypes coordination and approval * Weekly conversations and alignment with visual merchandising and store planning project management team Team Management Responsibilities * Weekly organization of team duties * Motivation and inspirational mindset * Act as a leader, giving accountability and creating a healthy and sustainable teamwork environment Qualifications * 10+ years as a leader of design within luxury environments, ideally fashion retail * 2D and 3D drawing drafting, including renderings, hand sketching and photo?shopping skills * Full knowledge of Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Illustrator * English language proficiency and international experience * Availability to travel when/if needed EEO Statement Diversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.
