You will contribute to the development of robust charging strategies and lifetime-oriented battery concepts from simulation through validation. /p ul liEnhancing simulation and aging models for lithium-ion batteries and fast-charging processes /li liDeveloping algorithms and deriving functional measures to optimize charging performance, battery lifetime, and operating strategies /li liCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop functionally consistent battery system concepts with a focus on performance, durability, and customer requirements /li /ul h3What You Bring Along /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field /li liSolid practical knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and/or Python; experience with other common programming languages is an advantage /li liExperience in the simulation and modeling of lithium-ion cells; knowledge of battery aging mechanisms is a plus /li liBasic knowledge of electrochemical energy storage systems and high-voltage battery systems /li liStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work /li liStrong interest in electromobility and battery technologies /li liBusiness fluent English skills /li /ul pAt Bertrandt, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunity.
