Come as you are and be part of our journey. /ph3Intermediate Field Service Engineer /h3pThis P4 role is part of the Field Service Engineering job family and is designed for someone who can own defined deliverables, customer or stakeholder interactions, and continuous improvements while works independently under general supervision. /ph3About the role /h3pWe are looking for an Intermediate Field Service Engineer to join Munters and contribute to solving technical challenges close to the customer and turning field insight into better solutions. /ph3Your main responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical advice and field-service engineering support to customers and internal stakeholders. /liliSupport commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting,



and optimization of Munters products and equipment. /liliIdentify and correct problems associated with start-up, operation, performance, reliability, or serviceability. /liliRecommend product, equipment, process, or service improvements that meet customer needs and Munters standards. /liliDevelop constructive customer relationships that support safe delivery, issue resolution, and future business. /liliDocument technical findings, service activities, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities. /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulliTechnical engineering understanding with the ability to diagnose, explain, and solve customer and equipment issues. /liliAbility to work safely and systematically in field, customer, and project environments. /liliCustomer-facing communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into practical recommendations. /liliStructured documentation, reporting, and collaboration with service, sales, product, and engineering teams. /liliEducation typically aligned with: University degree, Specialized schooling. /liliRelevant experience typically: 2-4 years. /li /ulh3What you can expect /h3ulliA collaborative,
