We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Project Management & Strategic Planning function, supporting project portfolio monitoring and reporting activities across the organization. The ideal candidate is a motivated student or recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset, interested in project and program management dynamics, and eager to gain hands?on experience in a structured, data?driven environment. Main responsibilities: * Support the reporting manager in monitoring and analyzing the project portfolio, providing structured data on resources, budgets, variances, and project progress * Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data related to workload, resource allocation, and costs * Support the preparation of analytical reports to enable project portfolio prioritization and management decision?making * Participate in governance meetings with Project Managers, Program Managers, and Functional Managers,



supporting data preparation and follow?up activities * Support the definition and continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, templates, and best practices * Contributes to the dissemination of project management culture and support training activities on existing PM procedures * Monitor project progress against objectives and pipeline, supporting the identification of risks and critical issues * Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards for management We are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
