The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliLead and manage complex business and technology transformation projects and programs. /liliDefine and oversee project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. /liliCoordinate stakeholders across multiple functions, teams, and organizational levels. /liliEnsure project delivery quality, transparency, and alignment with strategic business goals. /liliPrepare and deliver executive-level reporting, project status updates, and governance documentation.



/liliFacilitate Steering Committees and key decision-making forums. /liliProactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks impacting project execution. /liliDrive collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders. /liliMonitor project performance, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulli7–10+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Program Management roles. /liliProven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale, and international initiatives. /liliStrong expertise in project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. /liliExperience leading business transformation, digital transformation, and technology-driven projects. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels. /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. /liliAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced and matrixed environments. /liliFluent English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ulliKnowledge of sustainability, compliance, regulatory,



or reporting-related programs. /liliProfessional Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent. /liliExperience working within multinational and multicultural environments. /liliFrench language proficiency is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Where /h3 pposition is based in bMilan /b, bTurin (Hybrid) /b /p h3Compensation And Employment Terms /h3 pThe annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges from b€55,000 to €65,000 /b, depending on the candidate's professional experience, skills, and the level of autonomy required for the role.
