ppIn this role you ensure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and data-driven optimization. You will translate machine know-how into scalable digital tools, support customers remotely, and contribute to evolving the company’s digital service offerings. Working within a global, cross-functional team, you’ll impact machine performance, reliability, and sustainability while expanding digital capabilities. and knowledge base to scale expertise /liliSupport internal teams and customers in using digital tools for proactive maintenance /liliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar /liliSeveral years of hands‑on experience in industrial service, commissioning, troubleshooting, or maintenance of complex machinery /liliStrong understanding of machine behavior, failure modes, and customer operations in industrial environments /liliExperience interpreting machine data and reading mechanical/electrical documentation and drawings /liliExperience with high‑pressure process equipment such as homogenizers (advantageous) /liliAffinity for digital tools, data analysis, and remote service environments /liliStructured and analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable improvements /liliStrong collaboration and communication skills across service, engineering, data, and product teams /liliProactive, improvement‑driven mindset focused on scalable solutions /liliWillingness to travel ~20–30% for on‑site analysis and knowledge exchange /liliFluent in Italian and good English; German a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
