ppAnsaldo Nucleare provides tailored design and engineering , manufacturing , assembly, testing, commissioning, on-site installation and integrated logistics services for all market segments in which it operates: bNew Builds, Fusion, Plant Operation Assistance, Decommissioning and Waste Management /b. /ppPosizione: /ppGuarantee the development, optimization and technical validation of plant layouts and mechanical system arrangements for complex industrial facilities, including Nuclear Power Plants, process systems, brownfield installations, modularized solutions and existing assets to be modified, recovered or returned to service. /ppIdentify fit-for-purpose technical solutions, integrating equipment, piping systems, structural interfaces, HVAC, ECI components, auxiliary systems and construction constraints, while ensuring compliance with functional, operational, maintenance, accessibility, constructability and safety requirements. /ppMain responsibilities /pulliDevelop plant layouts for Nuclear Power Plants, process systems and mechanical installations. /liliDefine the arrangement of main plant equipment, mechanical components, piping systems, supports, HVAC ducts, ECI raceways, cable trays and auxiliary systems ensuring proper integration with civil works. /liliDevelop piping layouts from PIDs, process requirements, equipment data, stress analysis inputs and construction constraints /liliSupport piping support philosophy and layout choices by considering flexibility, thermal expansion, loads, restraints, structural interfaces and stress analysis requirements. /liliSupport the design and integration of modular plant solutions, skids and prefabricated systems /liliPerform layout optimization considering constructability, operability, maintainability, accessibility, and safety requirements. /liliPerform fit-for-service assessments of existing plants, systems,
and installations to evaluate suitability for new operating conditions, plant modifications, life extension initiatives, revamping projects, and integration of new equipment. /liliDefine Bill of Material for piping, supports (profiles, plates, anchors, etc.), HVAC ducts and electrical cable trays; /liliSupport the on-site installation field engineering, construction queries, technical deviations and as-built documentation; /liliCoordinate mono-disciplinary working groups; /liliManage the internal external interfaces (stakeholders within the project delivery framework). /li /ulpRequisiti: /pulliMaster Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear or Civil Engineering or equivalent /liliat least 5 years’ experience in mechanical components or layout design /liliKnowledge of: /liliplant components (condensers, pumps, cooling towers, valve, etc.), process fluid system packages and main electrical components layout needs; /liliplant or facilities 3D modelling (e.g., AVEVA E3D, SmartPlant 3D, CATIA, Revit, Navisworks) /2D drawings (e.g., AUTOCAD) development including BIM methodology integration; /liliconstruction or manufacturing norms and standard (i.e., ASME, EN, ANSI, etc.); /liliknowledge of standard for safety application, environmental and/or seismic qualification and of EU Directives (e.g., Machinery, PED, ATEX). /liliUnderstanding of brownfield design constraints, including existing structures, operating plants, limited access,
