Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will optimize end-to-end supply chain performance to boost on-time delivery and reduce lead times within ABB's Energy Distribution division. You will lead planning activities, IBP alignment, and the Anaplan deployment, partnering with factories, distribution centers, and sales teams to improve forecasting and process maturity. You will drive networking capital efficiency and inventory health while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. The opportunity combines digital tools, lean methods, and global, cross-cultural teamwork to support growth and operational excellence.
- Improve on‑time delivery and lead times across the supply chain
- Oversee Supply Planning processes and drive Anaplan and IBP implementation
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to optimize planning, fulfillment, and capital efficiency
- Promote standardization, process benchmarking, and best practices
- Conduct root-cause analyses and drive continuous improvements using ERP and digital tools
- Coach and train Planning & Fulfillment team members to develop key capabilities
- Support talent development and mentoring within the planning function
- Foster collaboration across factories, regional DCs, and front‑end sales teams
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent (5+ years in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment)
- Strong knowledge in Inventory & Supply Management, Disposition, Planning & Scheduling
- Hands‑on experience with SAP (PP, MM, (E)WM), S4H
- Experience with forecasting tools (e.G., Anaplan)
- Power BI and Microsoft 360 proficiency
- SAP/APICS certification is a plus
- Proven ability to lead across teams without formal authority
- Customer-focused and analytical with digital mindset
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma and project management
