Black Swans Exist is seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth across Western Europe in specialist medical devices. You will build distributor networks, drive targets and shape regional plans with cross-functional teams.

The role demands 10+ years international sales experience, strong negotiation, CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and willingness to travel across Europe. Fluency in English is essential;
other Western European languages are a plus.
