What You'll Do
As an Engineering Manager, you will:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Own delivery planning, team capacity, execution, and engineering outcomes.
• Partner closely with Product Management to define priorities, scope, and realistic delivery commitments.
• Support technical and architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable.
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage technical debt, delivery risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .
NET.
• Good working knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Experience building cloud-based, distributed, or data-intensive applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software products.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AWS, microservices, and time-series data.
• Experience in SCADA, industrial automation, renewable energy, or asset management platforms.
• Knowledge of high-availability systems, cybersecurity, and industrial system integrations.
