/pp Your mission /pp As a Mechanical Engineer, you will join our Connectors Team.
The candidate will be actively involved in the development of new solutions and in the management of active product lines.
/pp Primary activities are: /pulli supporting the lifecycle of catalog products by collaborating with production and service teams, and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
/lili design and development of innovative, functional, and sustainable product solutions, from concept to production.
/lili prepare feasibility study to fulfill customer needs and business goals.
/li /ulp Key Responsabilities: /pulli Prepare technical documentation, detailed 3D/2D drawings, and BOMs for production.
/lili Develop and refine product concepts and through sketches, CAD models, and prototypes.
/lili Contribute to continuous improvement and design optimization throughout the product lifecycle.
/lili Collaborate with the other engineering teams to verify and finalize product requirements and specifications.
/lili Conduct feasibility studies and support design validation through simulations and testing.




/lili Ensure designs meet performance, cost, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
/lili Support the resolution of technical issues.
/lili Support internal production teams and suppliers throughout the manufacturing process.
/lili Stay updated on materials, manufacturing processes, and design trends.
/li /ulp What we are looking for: /pulli Master's degree or bachelor's in mechanical engineering, Product Design Engineering or related field.
/lili Proven experience in product development and design engineering (at least 5 years).
/lili Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, or similar).
/lili Ability to perform FEM analysis to support design development and validation, or to collaborate with external consultants.
/lili Solid knowledge of key manufacturing processes (Injection Molding, Machining, Casting, etc.).
/lili Knowledge of materials commonly used in these processes (plastics, rubbers, metals, etc.).
/lili Experienced in selecting materials based on requirements.
/lili Skilled in physical prototyping and model-making techniques.
/lili Solid knowledge of PDM/PLM/ERP software (SolidWorks PDM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or similar).
/lili Fluent in spoken and written English.




/lili Ability to select suitable type and size of off-the-shelves components for the required use.
/lili Basic knowledge of electricity and its principles is a plus.
/lili Experience in surface treatments and coatings.
