/p pHoused in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
/p pThe property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

/b /p h3ABOUT THE JOB /h3 pUnder the supervision of our FB Director, your main responsibilities will include: /p h3Across the Different Outlets /h3 ul liCoordinate and optimize communication between the Front of House, Kitchen, Bars, and Reception, /li liWelcome and assist event clients, /li liSupport service operations when needed, /li liAssist the events team as required, /li liEnsure all outlets are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),



/li liEnsure compliance with aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table settings, and decoration), /li liBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.
/li /ul h3Back-Office /h3 ul liMonitor service expenses, /li liControl cash registers for the services, /li liTrack and verify orders and deliveries,Oversee the creation of supplier accounts and monitor pricing, /li liMaintain and update the client database (cardex), /li liAnimate and promote the outlets, /li liCreate and manage the communication calendar.
/li /ul h3ABOUT YOU /h3 pWe are looking for a candidate passionate about the restaurant industry, with hands?on experience and strong computer skills.
/p pYou are proactive, autonomous, and adaptable, able to manage priorities efficiently, and have an excellent sense of hospitality and customer service.
/p pYou have a good knowledge of hygiene standards and are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
/p pYou communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
