ppAt Swarovski, where innovation meets inspiration, we are looking for a B2B Client Service Specialist.
/ph3Job Overview /h3pThe candidate will maintain strong business relationships with customers, collaborating closely with the Client Service Department, Key Account Managers, and the Sales Team to coordinate service activities in line with corporate and local policies.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliServe customers in accordance with our Service Level Group guidelines.
/liliAdvise customers on the full product range, stock availability, product applications, novelties, and possible options.
/liliManage the end?to?end order process, ensuring accurate data entry and proactively informing customers about delivery dates or changes, and addressing any deviations.
/liliIssue credit and debit notes as necessary, check customer credit accounts in SAP, and coordinate with Credit Management on credit limits, price adjustments, discounts, and payment conditions.
/liliEnsure goods are shipped following applicable procedures, working closely with the exporting company and related parties.
/liliHandle customer complaints and other issues, resolving them promptly and professionally to satisfy the customer.
/liliAdvise other departments as needed and oversee the administrative management of returned goods.
/liliCommunicate effectively with the Head of Client Service B2B and collaborate with all Client Service and Sales colleagues.
/liliFollow up with headquarters on projects, special production requests, and negotiate lead?time improvements or prioritizations.
/liliCoordinate with the Design office for the creation of new motives.
/liliManage all activities related to rebates, discounts, and year?end closures.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHigh school diploma or university degree.
/liliMore than 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
/liliProficient with Excel and SAP.
/liliExcellent analytical and problem?solving skills.
/liliExcellent English and Italian proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
/liliStrong presentation and communication abilities.
/liliTeam orientation and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
/liliInnovative and creative approach, plus a can?do attitude.
