/ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the role /strong /ppReporting directly to the SHEQ Manager, this person will support the implementation and maintenance of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems at site level, ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, and operational excellence.

/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ systems and procedures /liliMonitor daily SHEQ activities across Operations, Laboratory, and Engineering departments /liliEnsure compliance with applicable legislation and internal SHEQ standards /liliSupport incident investigations and corrective/preventive action plans /liliParticipate in operational and maintenance risk assessments /liliCoordinate documentation and compliance related to AIA, IPPC, and other permits /liliLiaise with regulatory authorities, auditors,
and external assessors /liliDeliver SHEQ-related training sessions to site personnel /liliSupport environmental monitoring and reporting activities /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performance /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we are looking for /strong /pulliDegree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in SHEQ, HSE, or related technical roles /liliPrevious exposure to chemical, industrial, waste management, or oil gas environments is a plus /liliBasic understanding of industrial permits and safety compliance systems /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /liliProactive attitude and willingness to learn /liliAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in operational environments /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongLanguages /strong /pulliItalian /liliGood level of English /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliPermanent employment contract (Tempo indeterminato) /liliCompetitive salary package ranging from €27,000 to €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications /liliCareer development opportunities within an international and growing organization /liliHands-on experience in a highly regulated industrial environment focused on sustainability and operational excellence /liliCollaborative and supportive team culture with ongoing learning opportunities /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /pp?strongWhy join Tradebe?
